Zahrnuje jak fyzick\u00e9 \u00fatoky v podob\u011b bit\u00ed, vyd\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed, loupe\u017e\u00ed, po\u0161kozov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u011bc\u00ed, tak i \u00fatoky slovn\u00ed v podob\u011b nad\u00e1vek, pomluv, vyhro\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010di poni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed. Manipulace se p\u0159itvrzuje a objevuje se zprvu ponejv\u00edce subtiln\u00ed fyzick\u00e1 agrese. Tito \u0161i\u0159itel\u00e9 \u201eviru\u201c za\u010dnou spolupracovat a systematicky, nikoliv ji\u017e pouze n\u00e1hodn\u011b, \u0161ikanovat nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ob\u011bti. V po\u010d\u00e1tku se st\u00e1vaj\u00ed jejich ob\u011b\u0165mi ti, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou u\u017e osv\u011bd\u010den\u00fdm objektem ostrakizov\u00e1n\u00ed. T\u0159\u00edda v\u00ed, o koho jde. Jde o \u017e\u00e1ky, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou v hierarchii nejn\u00ed\u017ee, tedy ti \u201eslab\u00ed\u201c. V t\u00e9to dob\u011b z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 neform\u00e1ln\u00ed tlak ke konformit\u011b novou dynamiku a m\u00e1lokdo se mu dok\u00e1\u017ee postavit. St\u00e1v\u00e1 se to v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, kdy inici\u00e1tor \u0161ikanov\u00e1n\u00ed je sociometrickou hv\u011bzdou. Je \u017e\u00e1kem s v\u00fdborn\u00fdm prosp\u011bchem, m\u00e1 kultivovan\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed a ochotn\u011b pom\u00e1h\u00e1 pedagogovi plnit jeho \u00fakoly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zvl\u00e1\u0161tnosti u psychick\u00fdch \u0161ikan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>U psychick\u00fdch \u0161ikan z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 princip stadi\u00ed nezm\u011bn\u011bn. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b jejich podoba je jin\u00e1. Je vhodn\u00e9 vytipovat \u010dleny skupiny, kte\u0159\u00ed budou pravdiv\u011b vypov\u00eddat.<\/li>\n<li>Individu\u00e1ln\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b konfronta\u010dn\u00ed rozhovory se sv\u011bdky.
